Earlier today, it was announced that all 43 ministers of President Muhammadu Buhari donated 50% of their March 2020 salary to support the Federal Government's efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic in the country.
This information was made available to the general public through a statement issued in Abuja by the Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Muhammed. He praised the Minister of State for Transportation, Senator Gbemisola Saraki, who coordinated the donations. He described the donations as a gesture of solidarity and support for the Federal Government's efforts to tackle the disease.

Well their anger is not misplaced because I am definitely angry with the Nigerian government but does it make any difference? No! Each time they release statements or go on social media and talk about how they're donating this or that but we never seem to see the donations. Who are they fooling? Their ancestors obviously 🤷🏽♀️. The ones that paved way for corruption to be seen as a normal thing.
